The property backs up to a cypress bayhead on a secluded canal, the property is surrounded by privacy fence and gated. There are several trails covered by full tree canopy overhead, as well as a Tiki Bar, boat, floating raft, and an elevated dock. The trails are lit with small overhead strings of lights and provide a very surreal night location, dry ice/fog machines will enhance that look if desired. Movie scenes have been filmed on this property and it has several very unique still photo locations. This property is located in an unincorporated portion of the county and is accessible only by a private road, in short, we can accommodate almost any scenario you may require for your project.
